Higher octane aviation grade coffee for a kick in the pants morning to send you on your way?

Over spending and creating tons of debt that makes you scramble to pay off, to work harder like a scared rabbit?

Dirt poor growing up and not going to feel that hunger ever again for your family?

Maybe just like serving folks, get an adrenalin jolt from putting together sales, matchmaking real estate buyers or sellers? Were you competitive in school both sports and academics and an over achiever? Do you have a tinge of OCD? Or something more plus all the above? Your opinion in this AR brain trust is important, needs to be heard.

Carol ... Service, knowing the product (the property, financing, a little legalese) all helps in getting from the listing to the long real estate closing table. Thanks for popping in.

Judi ... Being industrious, farmer like with chores, built to work through any weather perseverance attitude. That motivation, day in and out gains you a reputation. 

B & C ... Making lists, crossing out the day to day steps needing to be taken. Not getting bored with some of the repetitive important too. When work does not feel like labor, but is a sport.

L and B ... Work hard, good things happen. But be able to shut it off, change gears important too.

R and A ... Doing the best you can because it reflects on you, and like an artist you want to excell. Like Lance Armstrong, driven for the yellow shirt. (The yellow one, not the one that was white hanging in the closet needing bleach)

Joan ... You have folks depending on you, that is an awesome feeling, but worrisome responsibility. I think brokers, agents that hustle like stress, pressure to a degree too. Juggling several deals, like an ER to get everybody squared away, healthy is a kick too! Makes you a better manager... have to be with your time, creative juices, money.
