Jesus I want to live and walk in faith, just as Peter did. Show me today who is hungry or wandering, and needs my care and attention.

Charles, sounds like the image we get thinking about the shepard boy gently leading his sheep to the feeding pasture. Sheperds or elders should lead by example and from the front and not driving the flock from the back.
