Fellow AR poster, Belinda Spillman of Colorado, wrote a comment to a post I entered that complained about showing agents who do not give feedback to the listing broker. (My post)
Those of you who know how to get AR to decide to make a blog a Featured Post, I wish you'd cause it to happen for this one.
Here's what Belinda wrote:
Hi Bill. I agree that feedback is so important.
Our sellers sit on the edge of their seats waiting to hear something. They go to all the trouble to clean their home and spritz some air freshener to make it smell pretty. Heck, some sellers actually bake cookies for showings.
Then they have to leave and come back to nothing.
Many times, the agents don't even leave a business card. The seller calls me and wants to know if they showed up or not.
It's like having a blind date where the other party never shows up.
I always do feedback. I make notes as I go just so that I can tell the listing agent.
The ones that are too busy - UGH! Too busy to do their jobs??? How long would that last in the real world. Rant rant rant.... Thanks for posting this.
Ain't that the best? Doesn't it sum it up in its entirety?
