I'm Putting Everything on Hold Tonight....

Real Estate Agent with Helping people in transition 210155

Craig Rutman, your Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area Realtor will be attending the Rangers game this evening!Well, my dear readers, it's been a long day. Two listing appointments (One I nailed and will be listing in a short while. The other, I'm not so sure about.), lots of client follow up, some commenting here in the Rain, and I ran around putting fresh flyers in my flyer boxes.

Now, it's time to kick back.

But tonight will be a bit different.

No playing around with Photoshop.

No watching TV.

I'm even putting my endless quest of visiting every web site ever created on hold this evening.

But Craig, what could be so important that you'll be deviating from your normal routine?

Well, my dear readers, I'm glad you asked!

Tonight I will be spending time with my daughter Laura and heading out to the RBC Center here in the Raleigh/ Cary/ Apex area to see the Carolina Hurricanes vs. the New York Rangers.

And, while the crowds will be dressed in the local team colors of red and black, Laura and I will be wearing the red, white and blue of our beloved New York Rangers!

Let's Go Rangers!

Craig, family time is the most important time in our lives.  I lost one child in a car accident and you better believe I don't regret any time spent with him, only the times that were not.

Cinnamon - Being that you're from NC, I'm going out on a limb here and guessing you're a Hurricanes fan?

Denise - I hope you enjoyed the concert Denise. I'll be looking for your blog post. You might want to check out AR member Debra Walsh. She's crazy about Bon Jovi.

Steve - Bobby Orr. One of the greatest defensemen ever to lace up skates.

Anita - You know my posts always have pictures for clarification purposes!

Debbie - Thank you Debbie! We had a great time.

Joan - I love going to hockey games. You can really see the speed and skill of the players in a live setting.

Endre - You can thank Gretzky for your team in LA. Without him hockey would never have expanded to the warm and sunny side of town!

James - Those guys you mentioned were the greats I used to go see when I lived in NYC. Oh, and the Hartford Whalers had one of the best logos ever... but, unfortunately, their fans didn't support them.

Don - And you move into the bonus round!

Lou - Thank you Lou! Let's go Rangers!

Kathy - I thought it was a good enough excuse not to be here last night!

Pat - Thanks Pat. The fan base for the Hurricanes is actually quite large. Who would have ever thought there could be hockey in the Carolinas?

Frank & Sharon - And win they did! 4-3 in a shootout!

Nevin - Shhh! My daughter thinks I bought the tickets!

Larry - I'd be wearing my Knicks jersey of course! Surely you didn't think otherwise!!!

Dawn - It was a wonderful Dad and Daughter night out!

Suzanne - First off, I can't even imagine how hard losing a child must have been for you. Next, I will always cherish my time spent with my daughter. You just never know...

Tammy - It was a wonderful time. Lots of laughs, she got a puck, it was a good crowd, and we won!

Gabe -Oh, I've been to Yankees games where someone shows up in a Red Sox hat/ jersey... It isn't pretty! But here, Southern hospitality exists... even at a hockey game!

Jackie - You're an Islanders fan? I think our friendship ends here!!!

Cynthia -Thank you Cynthia. Memories that we will never fade away.

Betsy - Thank you Betsy. I can think of no other time better spent than with my daughter. She's the reason I live.

Laura - That she will Laura. That she will.

Toula - Yeah. You guys were sorely missed. It was a BIG win for the Blueshirts. We go to a game one day when you're down here. That's a fact.
