Investors...What are you looking for in a property? Are you seeking bulk inventory at .50 to the dollar? And if so, where are you finding it? I list REO Properties, and the banks seem to list at market value! I have not seen much negotiation. Actually, you may receive more seller negotiations if you were buying a regular sale.
In our local market here in Fremont, and Tri Cities, it seems Real Estate is all over the board. I have a number of REO's that would have sold in a flash last year! What's up? These homes are under $400K too! Is our market changing that much in value? What are you willing to pay for a 3/2/2 that is in decent condition? Maybe we should ask you as the investor to start off the bidding first just to make a sale!
