International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day......
Today and every February 23rd is International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day. So Ralph The Real Estate Dog this is another day for you ole buddy.
International Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day is a day for the dogs. And, that's because there is no one else who can really appreciate the value of a dog biscuit, unless it is the taster at the plant. They say "Every dog has his day". And, today is definitely his day, when you give him those extra tasty dog biscuits.
Can you eat dog biscuits?
Oh Yes! Hey, Jennifer Aniston has done it and so did my son. He thought it was a Hershey’s Kiss!!
You or I appreciate that dog biscuits’ value in pleasing our dog, as a reward for behavior, or when we entice them to do a trick. But, in the end, the dog is the recipient of that treat.
Celebrate today by giving your dog a few dog biscuits. You could gain an extra kiss from them by doing the baking of that dog biscuit yourself. Here’s a recipe for ya.
Good morning Don. No, dog biscuits are not on my list of culinary delights...
Good morning Michael,
I have never had the desire, or Yunt to, to sample any of the culinary delights either. Have a GREAT day my friend.
Oh, my little red-dog Vizsla is going to like this day. Our neighbor makes homemade dog treats
I wonder with this being Dog Biscuit Appreciation Day, if there are any to be found on the shelves. My sweet doggie prefers doggie ice cream. :o)
Morning Ann,
My little pug loves going to Dairy Queen and getting a cup of their ice cream but alas she has been put on a diet.
Aaaahhh, as if my Great Dane wasn't spoiled enough! Sure she can get a few extra "cookies" today!. She pretty much gets anything she wants:)
Good afternoon Joanna,
Your Great Dane is adorable, I can see why she get anything she wants.
Don,
I didn't have this important date circled on my calendar. Thanks. :)
Steve
Conrad,
I see, pun intended, that you picked up on that. I am sure he will be flattered.
Sussie,
That is like my oldest son and the doggie treat that is shaped like a Hersheys' Kiss.
Shadow celebrated with a few home-made treats from Flea Bag's Barkery. They were dog-gone good!
Howdy and evening to you Don
Don, what a mighty fine day for man's best friend. The ones that gives all they have to help folks have a fine day.
By the Don, I want to let you know that Patricia Kennedy has this blog post of yours on her Last week's favorites blog post. Congrats to you! my friend
Have a good one
