Deepak,I am paying $479- a month. I get 50% of Aliso Viejo ;) Check into it... My zip code was not available, but when their month was up, they had 48 hours to respond if they wanted to extend it. Then, if they say, "no", they go to a waiting list and whoever answers their phone first and says, "yes" gets it. I had to answer quickly! I am glad I did! Something just nudged me to JUST DO IT! I couldn't get to my bank card fast enough!

That's expensive! Now I really hope that offer pans out. Every market is different though. Sounds like you scored in Aliso Viejo, Lauren. Zillow doesn't have much traction here. If you are still happy in a year I will be truly impressed.

Hello Lauren and I have heard good things & bad things about Zillow! One of the bad things is they keep listings on their site for many months, which in turn I think is baiting customers/ clients! I am glad it worked for you.

Tni~ on Trulia did you buy an ad? or did you get a premier membership? or whatever their package is... I started to buy one on Trulia, but I will use on my next marketing dollars available. I actually got the territory, did you? and Thanks, I am so excited I got a client~

Yeah! Praful my territory gets 27,000 requests per month. Did you ask or did they tell you? I am stoked with the prompt results~

Ashley, that is what happened to me at first... They called to tell me everything was taken. I'm like> why are you calling me then? They explained they just took over Yahoo Real Estate and the advertising in Zillow includes Yahoo RE. SOLD right there! So, your marketing dollars working double time.

Tni~ I will blog on every success story. This Buyer is an investor, lives in the area, not happy with previous (R) and I am giving it my all to keep him for LIFE~ ;) We offered a few thousand over listing price. It's a done deal. 1/2 down on 430k

VB~ I will take the overage on time for my listings.... I will just go show them others in the area... And the truth is, there are about 7-8 properties in each community, so the chances are there will be another model just like it.
