With the upheaval that has occured in the real estate market, I have found that many pets are being neglected or abandoned by their owners that are facing foreclosure or have fallen on hard times. Here in the San Diego community, are several shelters that are easy to access and will accept your pets, and see that they have the proper vacinations, as well as try to put the animals up for adoption.
