"The Power of Full Engagement"
What a cool book. "Managing Energy, not time? is the slogan. It's by Jim Loehr and Tony Schwartz. I must confess that I have only read part of it, but the concept is intriguing.
We've all had that one client who drained MOST of our energy, and we were only with them for say, an hour!
Ever notice how some clients invigorate you and some sucked the life out of you!
As the book says, the number of hours in a day is fixed, but how you spend those hours is critical.
