On Saturday, Feb. 26, the "In Kids" will introduce their partnership at the Delaware Family Expo at the Chase Center on the Riverfront from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Wilmington has long been known for its top-notch educational resources for families. Now, a select group of these child-focused organizations have banded together to create the In Kids. The coalition will offer joint programming and activities, as well as special discounts for children and their families who join the "In Kids."
The In Kids is comprised of the Delaware Children's Museum, the Wilmington Blue Rocks, the Brandywine Zoo, the Delaware Museum of Natural History, the Kalmar Nyckel, and the DuPont Environmental Education Center. (The Kalmar Nyckel and the Environmental Center are pictured above)
The Delaware Family Expo will offer first state families an opportunity to discover resources that will strengthen, enlighten, encourage and entertain their children and families at the daylong expo.
