Doug, there are many single family homes that are not Foreclosures in my area, that have been on the mark far longer than the average days in your report of Foreclosed Homes. One of the homes in my are has now been listed by 5 different local Real Estate Companies now. Which the folks are just about out local companies to use now. That home has been on the market for 3 years now.
