Apple iPad 2 is on its way. I cannot wait for this version to come out.

One of the new feature they mentioned in this article is the camera.

I hope not too many of you purchase the version that came out in 2010.

As always, I always wait for the 2nd round of gadgets because that's when they enhance the first version based on feedbacks and comments.

I would be very interested in understanding the applications you find for an iPad as a Realtor. Are there APPS that are worthwhile. Before I make the invesment I want to make sure it is useful to me in the field.

Jeff, I know a lot of individuals share your pain. I always wait for the second release because that's when they work out the quinks and not to mention, they always add new features.

Kim, there are many applications that would help you in your business. E-signature can be done right on the iPad. The new version is coming with a camera. It also has many office applications. It's just like walking with a very small computer. Imagine pulling up a listing and showing photos to your clients. Much larger screen than the iPhone.

Paul, I am also waiting to see if this one will have a USB port which will be helpful.

Tim, glad you are enjoying your first purchase. I am curious as to why you are leery about the 2nd version because it should be improved from 1st.

Hi Indera; I was disappointed not 4g either. But kind of silly as don't yet have 4g in my area yet anyway! There's always a better one coming out - so you could wait forever. Still haven't bought one, but just don't use my older tablet much now. Too slow to boot up and also awkward.
