Keller Williams Family Reunion, WOW what an Incredible time to Learn & a Guinness Book of World Record, I spent that last few days at Keller Williams Family Reunion First I went to meet as many agents across the country as I could, and I also was offering to my KW Family a FREE Year of either a Beer Club or Wine Club,I will be doing the drawing on March 1st. I am doing this to THANK all the agents in the Family, because of all the people before me have helped develop the company to what it is today!!!
Keller Williams Family Reunion, OK!! YES it is a Party (when you are appropriate in the moment). It is also a time to learn from all the top agents in the Nation! The agents doing 200 deals per year to the ones doing over 400 deals per year like Ben Kinney an amazing man that has accomplished so much he has also started a Facebook page called Karma Experiment and it is a place where you can help people, by giving what you do not need any longer to some one that will use it!! You can think of it as Goodwill online!!! If you have something you want to get rid of (NOT SELL), and this is not for things that should be in the trash, the things here are items that are not used and can help others. My point to this is that Keller Williams Family is a local company and an international company. We truly want to help others, and our community!!!
WOW what an incredible time to Learn, OK yes we did learn a lot about a lot of things, there were about 30+ classes per day for 3 days, I focused on How to help my clients. There was technology Classes talking about E-Edge!! The NEW Cutting Edge program that will blow away other Real Estate Companies!!!! What if I told you you could have a lead capture program, contact manager program, a contact marketing manager, a transaction manager, AND a paperless program all in one Package?? What do you think this will cost you??? Well if your not with KW it would cost you about $345 per month!!! We also learned about how to better market our listings for our clinets. For KW'ers it's only $15 per month!!!
We learned that Keller Williams International is projected to be the Second Largest Company in North America in the next three weeks. Then we found out the GOAL is to be the Larget Real Estate office in North America by the end of the year.
I also found out that Agents in Keller Williams have been 48% of the
company profits this past year? Tell me how much profits did your company split wqith you?
Now for the BIG news Keller Williams is projected to be in the GUINESS BOOK of WORLD RECORDS for the Cha Cha Slide Dance, it should be final soon, we will see
