ok, so about networking

By
Home Stager with First Impressions by Elizabeth

Ok so here I am, having finally taken the plunge and started home staging as an official business of my own. God knows I've done it often, but until now it was tied to my other job or was done for family and friends. I know how important marketing is. And I know I keep hearing to "network network network". Now I understand the concept...buy where ? With whom ? I'd love suggestions and tips from all you people that are doing so well! I want to join your ranks. HELP!!!

Well, the first stop would be to network with as many Realtors as possible since they list homes. Also, you might want to network with investors flipping homes in your area since they will need your services. Make sure you have a great database. Good luck.

Builders are also a good source. Larger builders who have several different models on display are the best. Harry is correct. Visit and do a short presentation at sales meetings in real estate offices. Bring some donuts, flyers and business cards.
