Robert & Julie Peoples came to our office last year to explain their services...everyone was impressed and some even had experience dealing with their firm. Debbie Gartner in N.Y. owns a franchise and posts blogs on her ActiveRain site. I love her header "We bring the store to your door" because it's exactly what they do! I've recommended Robert and Julie many times this past year and just used their services personally. I can say their service, execution and follow-up is exceptional!
We ordered new bedroom furniture and wanted to change our carpet before bringing our new set in. We wanted something a little different in the master and Robert came out offering excellent alternatives coupled with good information on what kind of performance to expect. He knows his flooring! We found the perfect look, got it ordered and waited to install just before our new furniture arrived (they were very accomodating holding it in their warehouse).
We got the date of furniture arrival and employed another vendor we heartily recommend "Square Cow Moovers" to move our current bedroom set to one of the kids homes in the morning. That afternoon Julie & Robert got the carpet installed (impeccably done I might add). 
Oh, did I mention before the movers were finished, flowers showed up! Yup, Julie & Robert do this for every one of their customers!
We scheduled another vendor (the following morning) we love: Don Montbriand to paint a new color and today our new furniture will be delivered. Timing is crucial! Only two nights in sleeping in the guest room!!
