It is important to have a 'high touch' approach to stay in touch with your clients.
Here are some examples of information to collect:
* Where did you meet?
* What are your children's names?
* Where do they go to school?
* Birthdays?
*Email addresses?
* What other real estate do they own?
* Where does everyone in the family work?
* Pets?
* Involvement in charities?
* Country Club members?
* Are they investors*
* Is there a way you could be referring business to them?
* Church?
There are many things to know about a person and while I do not suggest trying to find out everything at one, knowing these things about a person will help you understand how they can help to increase your business as well as allowing you to be a real service to them.
