REO Cincinnati

What do the photos shown above all have in common?

Each of these homes was rehabbed and these Cincinnati real estate investors have included home staging in their marketing plans as a strategic way to insure that their homes sold quickly and for top dollar.   The price range in the homes pictured above was between $110,000 and $180,000.  These homes were located in the following neighborhoods:  Kenwood, Covedale, Madeira, Anderson, Oakley, and Bridgetown.  Most importantly, they were under contract in an average of 15 days after listing.

Staging makes sense for all types of home sellers:  individual homeowners, investors, builders, and corporate relocation clients.  Design To Market has been staging homes in Cincinnati since 2004.  We have staged over 1,000 homes in the Greater Cincinnati area.  Visit our website to hear what our clients are saying.   For additional information call us at 513-265-0952.

Jo-you're so right, staging isn't just for the individual homeowner.  In fact, staging an investment property should be in every investor's marketing plan.

HI Jo, no matter the price point, staging is always a good idea to get the most money from a sale. Even if they just get the consult done when there is no budget to stage they can't go wrong. Elbow grease is free and they can always borrow staging inventory from friends and family if the budget is not there. Great photos. Love the rec room.

I know it is important for investors to sell homes quickly to free up capital to invest in more projects.  Staging can create the perfect "spin" effect to speed up the process and let investors get more homes in the pipeline.

They should make staging part of their business plan. Flipping without staging is like baking a cake and forgetting the frosting.

Jo: Your staging always brings the homes you stage to life. Those investors are smart to hire you.

Thanks Wendy.  We are seeing many investors using staging as a part of their business plan.  It reduces carrying costs and increses their sales price...a double win!
