Cheated by the Builder

I feel cheated by the Builder ......

I had gone into the Sales Centre and asked about availability of units on the higher floors in the 4^th Tower for my clients, and was told that the higher floors had not been released yet. It was suggested that I take my clients to the view the units that were available in the 3^rd Tower.

So, I took my clients into the sales center for the 3^rd Tower and registered them under my name. 

My clients wanted some upgrades and modifications, which was not feasible in the 3^rd Tower as it was completed. The sales staff in the process of negotiations had referred them to the Manager of the Project. He took over the negotiation with my clients and ended up selling my clients units on a higher floor in the 4^th Tower.

When my clients informed me that they had bought in that project, I called the Sales Centre; and was told to talk to the manager directly. 

According to the manager, I was not involved in the negotiation for the units in the 4^th Tower and therefore not entitled to the sales commission.
