Well, today there were a healthy number of new listings entered onto the Sedona real estate market, but they took second place to the number of price reductions, which was just over double. These statistics also include in addition to Sedona homes for sale also the surrounding Verde Valley communities of Cottonwood AZ, Cornville AZ, Clarkdale AZ, Camp Verde AZ, Lake Montezuma AZ , Rimrock AZ and Jerome AZ.
Sedona areas include Uptown Sedona, Oak Creek Canyon, West Sedona, Red Rock Loop, Chapel and Little Horse Park area and the Village of Oak Creek and Big Park area.
