Keller Williams Family Reunion 2011: High Points and One Liners...

. . . Having Mo Anderson visit and speak at the Carolinas Region Awards Reception has to be #1.

Mo Anderson at Carolinas Region Awards Reception

Having lunch with Amanda Simpson, Elizabeth Arduain, Shawna Green, Vickie Slade, Rich, Doug, and Elizabeth was great.  Getting around a table with people who know how to enjoy life makes convention food taste great.

Everything is relative to your perspective.  Some folks were bummed about the weather.  But Tuesday night, at 51 degrees, there were kids in the hotel pool having a blast.  I mentioned it seemed cool to a nice lady, and she replied, "We're from Calgary, so this is quite pleasant..."  Perspective matters.

Keller Williams event staff was so good, and always enthusiastic.  Colin was just one example.  Danielle Older at Luxury Homes Division was too.

ActiveRain's Steven Graham and Jon Washburn seemed to be having a great time.  I hope they had a great trade show.....

I had to bail on RainStorm.  Loud rooms aren't on my dance card for long.  Sad to have missed seeing Brad Andersohn, but before I left, I had a great conversation with Stephanie Wood and Sean Tjia from The Barrington Team at Keller William's Referred Realty in Toronto over a beer.

They serve REALLY BIG pieces of chocolate cake at Fire and Ice Grill in Anaheim.  Really, REALLY BIG....

When it is time to kick back, some people kick back in style.  Red Bash comes to mind...

IHOP at South Harbor Blvd. and Katella Avenue serves a mean plate of Blueberry Pancakes on a drizzly evening.

Stephan Swanapoel was great, and I thought of the wildebeest as the throngs of KW Family Reunion attendees migrated in and out of Mo Anderson's Inspirational Brunch.

I thought Mark Willis's State of the Company address was the best I have heard to date.  And kicking off eEdge created a few fireworks.

Keller Williams Family Reunion 2011?  Fine.  But, I'm booked and looking forward to Keller Williams Family Reunion 2012, and next time, I will be carrying my "real" camera.  Look out Orlando!

Just a few smartphone shots from a few days in Anaheim:

Oh, yes, the Magic Carpet Ride in the Anaheim Convention Center may well transport you back to the '60's...
