Who is Emmie Young?

She is a Highly Motivated, Clear Focused Speaker who we invited to present Success Starts Now!(tm)

in our office. She is a Partner with Southwester Counsulting.

 

 

Emmie shared with us some key ingredients for being successfuly sales Agents. To paraphrase her: " First We are all in the business of selling.  Second there are predictable and reliable habits that top performing agents do on a consistent basis. Third have Fun."

 

Emmie works with a Team of Top Producer's for the company called Southwestern Consulting.

I am surprised by two things.Southwestern is a 155 year old successful company. They are trainers that I had never heard of before.( to my loss) What does that mean to me? They have 

Weathered a few stormy times. Yes think Civil War and Great Depression. Yes, think about two different world wars.  Yes Think of the doom and Gloom of the Club of Rome in the 1970's. Yes think about right now. 

Although Emmie taught on many subject in a short 90 presentation. (Did I say short--- It went by so quickly that I look at my watch and once again believed in Time Distortion) I would like to recap a few things that you can use right now in your real estate business.

1) Confused Prospects never buy.  When people get confused everything in their Nervous system ( I like to say that the internal picture tells their neurology NO) won't let them move ahead. Help to clear the confusion and get your clients to yes.

2) She shared 2/5/20  most agents have 2 closes, most people need to be closed 5 times, you could enjoy an arsenal of 20 closes at your disposal to make you the type of Sales Professional that helps his client make a decision in their favor. 

 

Finally when the Presentation concluded. I signed up for the day of training called Success Starts Now!

Ps  Emmie and I talked  after the presentation about using NLP and Satir Categories in presentations. She was very willing to share her perspective and experience.  And what I appreciated the most-- she didn't present and then leave. She presented and then was present to answer questions and help those who really need this training to find a way to come to it. What a Professional !
