Selling Brunswick County One Yard at a Time!

Jim,

A large part of the county where I live, qualifies for USDA loans.

Although part of the geographical area is a "resort"/"retirement" community, there is a lot of farm land.

I have been able to assist two first time home buyers this year with a USDA loan and it is a great product.
