Rates Lower Again, for now

By
Mortgage and Lending with First Equity Mortgage

Mid East Desert Dictators Dropping like Dominos sent the stock market lower and drove the yield on the 10 year bond to 3.42 %, sending mortgage rates lower for the second week in a row. I am all for spreading democracy but leery about the newly elected governments, which may not be too chummy with the United States, using oil as a weapon and sparking inflation. If so rates have to move higher. Speaking of inflation, consumer sentiment rose to it's highest level in three years.  I wonder if Carmelo Anthony is looking for  house at the shore.   Turn you "as is" to "as completed" with a First Equity Renovation loan. I can turn the one you hate to show into your easiest sale.                                                                                                                                                                John Wall First Equity Mortgage NMLS# 296806 Office 732 359 7800 Ext. 235 Cell   732 977 5562 jwall@femtg.com
