The recently sold neighborhood homes have all been in a pretty tight range - close to or just below $250k while the majority of available homes for sale are priced at the low $200's.
After a drop last month, the supply of homes for sale in Providence Commons is back up again as of February 2011 to 14 months of real estate inventory.
A balanced real estate market is around 6 months of supply and Providence Commons has been consistently above that since July 2010 - well above since November 2010. Buyers are generally favored with the amount of available options to consider.
