Its funny when I get emails from agents 2 months into the new year that are still looking for a yearly business plan. The purpose of planning your business is so that you have a road map to success or atleast what you think success will look like in the year to come. I have seen alot of business plans and really like this comical picture that really nails it on the head. Alot of people that dont plan their business out, or dont spend the right amount of attention to executing it are the ones in the comic. Plan ahead!
