I took up on the challenge to get a listing and try to get it ratified and sold within 20 days. I was able to get an offer ratified 3 days after I got the listing. Before I got the listing the seller had an open listing with another Agent. The problem was, he was Not marketing the property. The trustee sale would had been held on Thursday September 13th which by the way, it was the day we closed.
