At a 6.9 month supply of homes for sale the real estate inventory in Charlotte's Lansdowne neighborhood is just above balanced market conditions but February 2011 was an INCREASE compared to recent months.

After dropping off into late 2010, the real estate inventory trend has started to rise as of early 2011 - still well below the levels from last summer but the current trend is toward more options for home Buyers to consider.
