We are seeing a very busy market here in Atlanta as well.  I've been out wtih two sets of buyers today and have a third tomorrow?  Hard to believe in this market, but no complaints from me:-)

I think we are turning a corner in Atlanta single family homes market.  (Condo's and townhomes are stil brutal.)

Even though things are not green around here things are starting to pick up.  I am ready to see the warmer weather.

Richard, I know the spring is breaking sooner in your area while we continue to have snow here unfortunately!  Yes, I'm finding the first time home buyers especially getting revved up...i hope too for a good year for all...best

Hi Richard, it's busy here to but it's going to get busier in about a month. Your weather turns nicer before here on Long Island. But, I've been busy with buyers since January. They don't care if it's snowing or the single digit temps we had a few weeks back. Talk about serious buyers!

Great to hear that you're busy.  As are we, but it seems that everything takes more work than it used to.

We are seeing the shift of sellers here also.  Nicer weather gets them thinking.
