Yesterday the Board of Directors voted in a special capital assessment for all residents in Pelican Bay. This special assessment will be $500.00 per residential unit for each of the fiscal years 2008, 2009, 2010. The $500.00 special assessment will be billed to residents in October of each respective year to correspond with the invoice for the annual operating assessment.
