While shopping the other day ,I was stopped by a local Realtor from a fellow agency and he wanted to talk about a person I had referred to him about renting a home.We do not deal in rentals so i tend to not get involved in rentals.He wanted to thank me for the excelant tenant and that it was a win win situation for him as this tenant now does maintenance for him and is able to save on his rent.I thanked him for the nice words and left the store.I happened to run into the tenant of that property and he relayed to me that my referral of him to that agent had also saved him from having to pay a first and last months rent.That is whats nice about this business,you can really help people and make a difference by being positive.
