Searching for Former Parade of Homes Entries in the Triangle

I love a Parade.  Parade of Homes, that is.

Baybridge Park, Raleigh NC 005.Here's a sign from a few years back.

We have seen annual Parade of Homes in the Triangle for decades.  Of course, many of the entry homes are on their second or third owners.  When Sellers recall or realize that their home was a former Parade of Homes entry, the Listing agents note that fact in the listing.

That lets us search for former Parade of Homes entries.  It can be fun, to see some of the extra touches installed by builders to dress up the house for display.  If Parade of Home visitors like the level of finish and workmanship, that should lead to additional sales for the builder.

I set up a No Hassle Property Search for "Parade of Homes" entries for Wake, Durham, Orange, Granville, and Johnston Counties of North Carolina.

Vickie,

One of my favorite things is noticing the extras that come with many Parade homes, like heavier moldings, stamped concrete, nicer cabinets, etc.
