Ask All the Real Estate Questions You Want

Las Vegas Real Estate Questions - Get the Right Las Vegas Real Estate AnswersPart of the daily life of a Professional REALTOR is answering questions to help clarifying all of the confusion found from various online sources and mainstream media outlets. As you search around and try to avoid becoming part of a horror story you may have heard about buying or selling real estate.

There are certainly no shortage of bad stories to read in the media about Las Vegas Real Estate that are a little bit behind the times to be polite. As the great Peter Lynch once stated.... if you are reading about it in the Media then it's old news.

What you need to know about many of the so called Las Vegas Real Estate experts is that the majority of them do not practice Las Vegas real estate day in and day out.

I have NO problem answering questions and I WELCOME Questions.... No matter how you might perceive them as being silly, stupid, embarrassing, etc....

As the best teachers will tell you... the only "dumb" question is a question not asked.

I LOVE Being asked Real Estate Questions

There are not enough questions you can ask me.... ask away. I have over 10 years of experience with well over $100,000,000 in sales including transactions that would boggle the mind.

Hours and hours of face time in front of Attorneys concerning real estate matters. Previously licensed as a Broker/Owner in another state. Director of New Home Sales for a small builder where I had to work with the Contractor, Financier, Owners and Buyers. A do it all new home sales prosition.

I attend 99.9% of all Home Inspections for my buyers... for this is where I truly LEARN.

Well Over 500 credit hours of real estate education on top of the 150 credit hours of college credits that are business related for my degree.

Extensive experience that will HELP you.

What real estate questions tell me about you when I answer them...

My best clients started as first time buyers.... Some of them questioned me away and LISTENED which we all appreciated to this day.

I'm not going to tell you what you want to hear... I'm going to tell you what you need to hear.

The more you ask me... it tells me you want the right advice. If you read something in the newspaper and want to question it... ask me the question. I'll probably have the RIGHT answer about a particular subject such as Las Vegas Short Sales.

I love Real Estate Questions Asked

NO Question is stupid... NONE. Don't be afraid to ask. I would rather have you ask ME the question then asking somebody who does not practice real estate day in and day out.

Not because I'm the King of Real Estate... but because I want you to feel 100% comfortable that with what you want.... I'M GOING TO DELIVER IT TO YOU if it's possible.

And I'm going to Deliver it to you in the Absolute Best Way Possible...

90% of my business is referral related which means previous clients are STILL doing business with me and they are sending me their friends and family.

Ask all the real estate questions you want....Ask all of the questions about Las Vegas you want... What you might think about Las Vegas from what you read in the media... Might not be the right answers.

I welcome your questions.

Paul - there's no such thing as a stupid question when it requires the largest outlay of cash most people make in a lifetime ..... that "STUPID" question they fail to ask could cost them everything down the road

Paul - glad to hear that the bad news about the Las Vegas housing market is old news.  Heres to a better 2011.  Las Vegas is a great place!

Definitely agree that when you are making such big purchases no question is stupid.  Too many times people do not know what they are in for and don't ask because they are embarrassed.
