I haven't had much to say lately, I've been busy helping people find their new homes here in Branson! My life is good! But, I wanted to take a moment today and share with all of you something that is happening to me as I write this. I believe in Karma. I believe that if you treat people badly, you in turn will be treated the same way! (Mystical isn't it!!! LOL). I believe that when you do good things, good things come to you. Point in fact: I am working with a client that is moving here from Florida. She wants to buy a home here, but do to the "newness" of her "job", she would really like to lease somethng first. Say for six months. Do I get paid to find a lease for her? NO! Do I get commish on a lease? NO! But, what I do get is the wonderful feeling I experienced when I did find her a place and the total elation she exhibited! I know that if everything works out for her that she will be purchasing a home, and I also know that she will come back to me when she is ready to buy! I also feel very flattered that in the mean time, she passed my business card on to someone else wanting to buy a home, and I've started processing listings for this individual! Life is Good! And I wanted to share! :)
