Boot camp sessions run for 4 weeks.
All boot camps are held on the Point of Pines Beach in Revere. Rain or Shine, we are there. I encourage people of all fitness levels to join. No one is left behind and everyone works as a team. The boot camp focuses on team and partner drills; resistance and endurance training; agility and flexibility. A FUN, EXCITING, ALWAYS CHANGING GREAT WORKOUT!!! I offer 2 and 3 day a week boot camp sessions, as well as, FREE Saturday morning boot camps to support the Paul Revere Innovation elementary school. I offer early morning sessions to late evening sessions. If you don’t see a time that works with your schedule please contact us, we may have a small group that you could join, or you can get some of your friends and have your own boot camp time. I also offer private training for the individuals who want specialized attention.

Boot Camp Sessions Monday, Wednesday, Friday – $180.00/4weeks 6:15am – 7:00am or 6:30pm – 7:15pm
Tuesday and Thursday – $150.00/4weeks 6:30pm – 7:15pm
