Youngest First Time Home Buyer in Colorado Springs

I had a closing today on a new home with a great couple. The cute little baby, Elijah, was sitting on daddy's lap taking it all in. I wouldn't have been surprised if he reached over, grabbed a pen and signed some papers.

As the lady was explaining the documents, he was really listening. Maybe he will be a future real estate agent or loan officer. The sky is the limit for this cute kid!

He was so cute. He was smiling at her as she was talking about interest rate and final payment over 3o years, etc... It was hilarious. He reminded me of the ETrade baby! :)

Kristi - What a great story.  I love hearing stories like this.  On another note, I took a mortgage app last week for the youngest prospective buyer I have ever worked with.  She is 19; prior to that, the youngest buyer I had ever worked with was 21.
