HSBC Approves Shortsale in Charlotte Fast

HSBC Bank approves shortsale  in Charlotte fast. I was really surprised when I was working on a shortsale in Charlotte. I had put the house on the market and told the sellers that it would be several months before we sold the house. Everyone knows that shortsales usually take several months and sometimes more than a year to complete.

We had my clients house on the market for about 20 days and we got an offer on the property. Well once we got the offer I submitted it to the bank. I was expecting to wait at least 30 days to get a response from the bank. Well lo and behold just after 3 days I got a call from HSBC bank. They sent someone out shortly after that to do an appraisal. We had those results back in 2 days. That is 5 days for a completed bpo on a shortsale in Charlotte. We came to terms with the bank and got an approval letter 2 days later! Wow!

Now we are scheduled to close in about 14 days. The shortsale in Charlotte only took us 21 days from start to finish less the 20 days on the market. This is great news for short sales in Charlotte. We specialize in helping people avoid foreclosure. Visit our website for more information.

Now that is what I love to hear.  One more bits the dust.
