Why March Is My Favorite Month!

Can you believe its already March? The first two months flew by, but thats what time seems to do as I get older. March is my favorite month and here is why:

1. Its my birthday later this month! One reason to celebrate!

2. In Minnesota we start to get a few nicer and warmer days (I can't wait for winter to be over).

3. I have normally started the year off well in Real Estate sales so March I normally have several closings!

4. Normally more BUYERS and SELLERS come out ready to move in March!

5. March Madness! I love watching the college basketball tournaments.

6. Fantasy Baseball drafts! Yes, I am still in a couple fantasy baseball leagues and its always a fun time getting together with friends that I have not seen for a while and the draft parties!

Hi Chuck!

First of all, hope you have a Happy Birthday! Secondly, I am SO with you on seeing some nicer and warmer days. My feet have not seen the light of day for months and I long to get into my flip flops once again!

I cant say much about basketball or baseball but soccer practices have started aorund here, and thats great with me!

One thing I have to remind myself of now is going back and taking NEW pictures of all my listings, since most have all that drab snow in the pics! Happy March!
