THINK SPRING!!!!
Oh, how I can't wait to walk outside and feel the warm sun. The smell of spring flowers and freshly mowed green grass! The wait is soon over.
What else happens in the spring??? SPRING FEVER! Everyone wants OUT of their houses to do things outside. Soon we will see signs of Spring Cleaning with Yard Sale signs popping up all over, baseball and softball games, children playing at the park, people out working on their gardens and don't forget it's a great time of the year to sell or buy a home.
We have been pent up to long and without fail buyers are craving to get out and look for that perfect home. Will yours be on the market?
