During the month of August there were 51 newly reported properties with an average asking price of $429,085.00 The lowest priced property is asking $214,900.00 a three room condo in an Adult Community. The most expensive properties is asking $1,270,000.00 a Colonial style home built in the year 2000 with 11 rooms 4 bedrooms 3.2 baths and a three car garage.
Nineteen properties were reported as "UC" with an average asking price of $471,410.00 and on the market for an average of 82 days.
Forth-three properties were reported as SOLD with an average asking price of $435,352.00 and an average SOLD price of $423,890.00 this represents a List to Sold Ratio of 97.37% this is very good and indicated a strong market.
