Terre Pruitt is holding a benefit class on SUNDAY, APRIL 17, 2011 

I am so happy to announce that 100% of the money collected is going to the
American Cancer Society!

The gym is donating the space, I am donating the time, you are donating the funds ---- only $7 ---- of course, you can always give more if you are able.  It is not easy right now, I know, I myself was wondering what I could do to raise funds to support my walk in the Relay for Life, then I realized that I could give what I know.  Yay!  A Nia Class on a Sunday in Los Gatos --- awesome.

Come join the fun. 

It really is a great way to spend a Sunday.  It will be exercise for the body, an opening of your heart both via the dance and the giving . . . . it is just a win-win situation!

This workout will be a little over an hour.

The regularly scheduled Nia classes I teach are 55 to 60 minutes.  I have three Nia classes a week.  Mondays, Wendesdays, and Fridays.
