SUNDAY, APRIL 17, 2011 

Los Gatos Health and Fitness is allowing me to host a benefit class.  This Nia class will benefit the American Cancer Society!  The gym and I are donating our time so whatever you give goes to the ACS!!!!

The minimum donation is $7.00

The class is the Sunday before Easter Sunday.  It is from 11:30 am to 1:00 pm in Los Gatos. 

You have a lot of time between now and then to take a Nia class if you want.

The benefit workout will be a little over an hour, whereas my regular Monday, Wednesday, and Friday classes are usually a few minutes less than an hour.

The cancer benefit class will be SUNDAY, April 17, 2011 at 11:30 am to 1:00 pm

Its a Nia Class to benefit the American Cancer Society and the MINIMUM donation is $7.00 which all goes to the American Cancer Society (Relay for Life*)
