A Top Producer Tip that will keep you from going crazy!!!

Hi.  I don't know if this has come up before but here's a tip I use quite often in Top Producer.  When I'm talking with a prospect, I usually want to put some personal information about them in the contact notes.  In the note section, I type the following:  "Key Words" and then I put several words in about this prospect.  They may have told me that they like to water ski, or have a sailboat or raise German Shepards or any one of a gazillion other things.  Later, (it could be 2 weeks or 6 months) - I come across a property that could be perfect for this buyer but I can't remember who they are. But I do remember some of our earlier conversation.   Simply go to Search and then Advanced Search.  Type in any of the words you remember about this prospect and do a and/or search in Contact Notes.  Just like magic, their name will pop up.  Obviously you can do this with sellers too.  Just a simple way to use the program a little more efficiently.  Good luck!  www.TheHollowayTeam.com

What a great idea, I am going to start doing that.  Thanks for the tip.
