Services for Real Estate Pros with Redfin

Hey Seattle Real Estate Agents!  Who’s headed to BarCamp this Thursday?  Redfin and our  very own Partner Agent Program team will be there bright and early – we’re sponsoring the coffee to keep everyone energized!  Did you know that in addition to Redfin’s own agents, we also have a referral program for agents that work for other brokerages but share Redfin’s commitment to customer service?  We’re looking for top-notch agents in the Seattle area to serve the hundreds of folks searching for homes on our website! At BarCamp, we’ll talk about the program,  what kind of agents we look for, and the benefits of being a Redfin partner.

We’ll also have Jennie Wetter, one of our first referral partners, there to chat about what it’s like to be a partner with Redfin and how it’s changed her business.  Hint:  she’s closed 28 transactions with our referrals since February of 2009.

We’ll have a table clearly dressed with Redfin  and we’ll be wearing white t-shirts with the Redfin logo, so you won’t miss us.

If you didn’t make the RSVP list for BarCamp, no worries.  You can still learn more about our referral program and sign up for our next information webinar here:  www.redfin.com/partner or follow us on Twitter @redfinpartners.

I wanted to give Redfin a huge shout out for providing coffee at RE BarCamp Seattle.  Unbelievable, but coffee was a huge expense and with Redfin's sponsorship of the coffee RE BarCamp Seattle will be able to make a larger contribution to Solid Ground!

Here's some info on Solid Ground:

Solid Ground was founded in 1974 by community leaders and concerned citizens of one of Seattle's then most economically devastated neighborhoods, Fremont. Originally called the Fremont Public Association, our services — emergency food bank, clothing bank, and employment program — reflected the desperate needs and the determined response of a mobilized and committed neighborhood.

As the scope and severity of homelessness and poverty have increased over the years, so too has our reach to our greater community as well as our range of services. Now based in Seattle’s Wallingford neighborhood, our nearly 30 programs help over 38,000 households each year to overcome poverty and build better futures throughout King County and beyond.
