Las Vegas Real Estate Market

As most of us know, the Las Vegas real estate market is a booming market! Right now there are over 22,000 homes available for sale in the Las Vegas valley. With all the homeselling competition, it is much harder to sell a house now than it was 3 years ago. This also causes home prices to drop and it gives a good negotiaiting tool to buyers.

The markets are changing everywhere it seems and no one is immune to the price drops but it is all part of having a healthy market with supply and demand shifts on both sides.
