Properties in Fair to Poor condition are likely to be Cash Only sales.

4. The buyer agrees to wait the necessary 60-90 days for Rocklin Short Sale Approval. That time will depend on the Bank, Investor, Mortgage Insurance etc.Rocklin Short Sales with 2 or more lien holders may take longer.

5.
