That is scary. We always know how many short sales and foreclosures are on the today's market... But when you see statistics, it is just sad. They are families behind those numbers.

I found your Banning real estate report an interesting one. You had a higher number of "standard" sales than I would have expected since (I think) you've had so much growth since 2000. Glad to see that!
