Cabana Boy For Hire.... ooooops Realtor for Hire, LOL

So, are there still many Realtors out there fooling themselves that the market is great or good? I'm pretty sure that there are a good number still doing great. But... but, for the majority.... I doubt that they're happy paying for their new Beamers, Volvas (yes, I put an "a" instead of an "o")... hehehe., Humdingers, etc. I believe that real estate has hit a recession. Do you recall the Fed Res. lowering the interest rate by 0.5% at one time? How long ago has that been before this recent drop? I don't recall. Do you? Well, back to my original Headline.... yes, this cabana boy (I mean Realtor) is for hire. : ) This cabana boy does dishes, windows, change plugs, fix house, take care of kids, wash clothes, run errands, fix baths with candle lights and some nice jazz on the side by Diana Krall and the like, and I put a smile at the end of the night.
