This is a new way to sell real estate. It bypasses the newspaper and television listings. This goes along with a comment I had heard that in the next 5 to 10 years, home selling will be on the Internet.

Elizabeth - Thank you for stopping by and commenting. Selling homes on the internet is already happening. Most Real Estate Companies have all their listings on the internet, plus the listings of all the companies in the area. Many agents have their own website, which also feature listings, and of course there is Realtor.com. Today's buyer is very sophisticated, and many start their home search on the internet.
