I read a statistic the other day that 89% of people searching for homes are doing so online and that 41% of people find the home they choose online.
Keeping up with the times and utilizing tools such as the internet are obviously very important but I still feel that nothing beats that one on one contact that you get by getting involved in your community and networking groups. it's difficult to come across as sincere and genuine as you can do in person. At least I believe that is the case for me.
