I don't think much about closing gifts until the time comes to give one to the client. Though I've given many different things over the years, including a subscription to a magazine I sponsored (a very popular one), a basket of goodies put together by me based upon what I'd learned about them, discounts to a great many local businesses, the one I loved the most, and made my buyers and sellers smile, was the DVD I created for them at the end of the transaction.
I really wanted to show you a much older one I'd done for a buyer just starting out on their life together, but the original file was lost in a computer crash, and the only way to see it now is to download a viewer on which to watch it. Recognizing people's reluctance to do that, I'll show you this one instead. To be honest, I might have forgotten it altogether, had is not been for Craig Rutman's post. I must admit, it made me wonder why I stopped doing this at all. I used to create a private page online that they could access at any time to view the show and I created a DVD with a label that incuded their names and the date of the sale, and a jewel case cover also personal to them.I think it's time to get back to doing that.
I recommend you watch it at 720p, the quality is infinitely better.
